1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of DuoHuman LifeCopilot, the website https://trylifecopilot.app, accounts, subscriptions, AI-coach features and related services (together, the "Services").

1.2. The provider is DuoHuman LLC, registered address to be provided before public launch, jurisdiction to be provided before public launch.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using LifeCopilot, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. What LifeCopilot provides

• Energy Score and day-planning features based on sleep, activity, mood, stress, calendar, weather and behavior signals
• Optional integrations with Health Connect, Apple Health, wearables, calendar, usage stats and location context
• Optional AI-coach chat, insights, summaries and long-term memory
• Optional encrypted sync, export and account deletion tools

3. Account and access

3.1. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, keeping access credentials secure, and activity under your account.

3.2. Some features may require an account, subscription, device permissions or consent to specific data signals.

4. Plans, subscriptions and payments

4.1. LifeCopilot may offer free, trial, paid subscription or premium plans. Features, prices and billing periods are shown before purchase.

4.2. Payments may be processed by app stores, payment providers or DuoHuman payment infrastructure depending on platform and region. Payment processors handle card and billing data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store, payment provider or account settings before renewal.

5. Refunds and withdrawal rights

5.1. Refunds are handled according to the rules of the app store or payment provider used for purchase, and mandatory consumer-protection law.

5.2. EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, subject to legal exceptions when performance begins with consent. Brazil and other jurisdictions may provide additional statutory cancellation rights.

6. Data, consent and deletion

6.1. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy at https://trylifecopilot.app/en/privacy-policy. Sensitive signals are controlled through per-signal consent and device permissions.

6.2. You may export data or request account deletion through the Application where available. Account deletion triggers cascade deletion of events, insights, agent memory, settings, profile and sync data, subject to retention required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or bypass technical protections except where law permits
• Resell, sublicense, rent, share or commercially exploit access without written permission
• Upload unlawful, sensitive third-party or harmful content into notes or AI chat
• Interfere with security, availability, integrity or usage limits of the Services

8. Intellectual property

8.1. The Application, website, design, software, models, documentation and brand materials are owned by DuoHuman or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

8.2. You retain rights to your own content. You grant DuoHuman the limited rights needed to operate the Services you enable, including sync, AI processing, support, export and deletion.

9. Changes, availability and beta status

9.1. LifeCopilot is evolving and may include beta, pre-release or experimental features. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required.

9.2. Material changes to these Terms will be posted at https://trylifecopilot.app/en/terms. Where required, we will provide advance notice or request renewed acceptance.

10. Warranty disclaimer

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, medical accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoHuman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or decisions made based on informational insights.

11.2. Where liability cannot be excluded, DuoHuman's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

12.1. You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also delete your account where supported.

12.2. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, or use the Services unlawfully.

13. Governing law and disputes

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DuoHuman LLC is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

13.2. EU consumers may use available ADR/ODR procedures where applicable. US users may be subject to arbitration terms if DuoHuman adopts them before US launch and provides required notice.
