1. Definitions
1.1. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the DuoHuman LifeCopilot software application for supported mobile and desktop platforms (the "Software").
1.2. The Licensor is DuoHuman LLC, registered address to be provided before public launch, jurisdiction to be provided before public launch. The Licensee is the person or organization that installs or uses the Software.
2. License grant
2.1. Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.
2.2. Access to paid functionality may depend on your account, subscription plan, platform store entitlement or other valid purchase record.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law
- Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or distribute the Software except as expressly allowed
- Bypass account, subscription, consent, attestation, security or technical limitation mechanisms
- Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership
- Use the Software to process third-party sensitive data without proper rights and consent
4. Ownership and feedback
4.1. The Software is licensed, not sold. DuoHuman and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Software and related intellectual property.
4.2. If you provide feedback, you allow DuoHuman to use it to improve the Software without obligation to you.
5. Data and privacy
5.1. The Software is local-first: sensitive health, behavior, location and voice signals are processed on device by default.
5.2. Optional sync, AI processing and account services may process aggregated, de-identified or scrubbed data on DuoHuman servers if you enable them. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy at https://trylifecopilot.app/en/privacy-policy.
6. Updates and platform requirements
6.1. The Licensor may provide updates, patches or feature changes. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, store compliance or continued service access.
6.2. Platform availability and features may differ by operating system, region, device permissions and store rules.
7. Third-party services
7.1. The Software may interoperate with platform services such as Health Connect, Apple Health, app stores, payment providers, AI infrastructure, observability tools and email providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
8. Term and termination
8.1. This EULA remains effective while you use the Software. Subscription-based features remain available for the active paid period, subject to these terms.
8.2. The license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and, where applicable, delete the Software.
9. Warranty disclaimer
9.1. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Software is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or decisions made based on the Software's informational analytics.
11. Governing law
11.1. This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DuoHuman LLC is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms at https://trylifecopilot.app/en/terms.
