What is LifeCopilot?
LifeCopilot is an energy-based planner. It brings sleep, activity, mood, weather and behavior into a single Energy Score and builds a realistic day plan around your current state. Sunny, the AI coach, watches your state 24/7.
Which platforms are supported?
Android and iOS. Desktop apps for Windows and macOS will arrive with the public release.
Do I need wearables?
No. With an Oura, Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Watch the estimate is sharper, but LifeCopilot works without them — on check-ins, behavior, weather and your chronotype.
Do I need an internet connection?
The baseline calculation and plan work on your device. A connection is needed for weather, syncing across devices and the AI coach's replies.
Energy Score & plan
How is Energy Score calculated?
It's a daily energy metric assembled from several signals: sleep and recovery, activity, mood and stress from check-ins, weather and the day's context. Every number can be expanded down to the factors behind it.
What makes a day plan "realistic"?
The plan accounts for your energy forecast: on low days LifeCopilot doesn't pile on overload — it spreads important tasks onto peaks and schedules recovery.
Who is Sunny?
Sunny is the AI coach inside the app. It watches your state, gently warns about dips and suggests recovery and focus protocols.
Privacy & data
Where does my data go?
Health and behavior data is processed on your device by default. Cloud sync is optional and end-to-end encrypted.
How does LifeCopilot get health data?
Through Health Connect (Android) and Apple Health (iOS), and directly from wearables — only with your explicit permission, which you can revoke at any time.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No. We don't sell data and don't use ad tracking on any plan.
Pricing & subscription
How much does it cost?
Free — free forever. Pro — 399 ₽/mo or 3990 ₽/yr. Premium — 749 ₽/mo. On-device privacy is the same on every plan.
How does payment work?
Through the App Store and Google Play. Manage, renew or cancel your subscription in your store account.
