LifeCopilot Terms of Service

Welcome to LifeCopilot — a personal life management suite that helps you track goals, tasks, and mood, with AI insights that support a balanced life. By using our website, mobile or desktop applications, and/or premium features (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or suspend your access in our discretion with or without notice.

2. Description of Service
LifeCopilot enables you to: track activities, monitor energy and mood, receive AI-powered suggestions, analyze wellness data across life domains, and optionally sync securely across devices, calendars, and weather correlations. The Service is available on web and mobile platforms and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LifeCopilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service on a single device for personal, non-commercial use. You may not acquire any ownership rights — the Service is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with LifeCopilot and its licensors. (Law Insider)

4. Use Restrictions
You must not:
  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code;
  • distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Service;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service;
  • remove or obscure proprietary notices;
  • use the Service unlawfully or infringe on rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including design, software, AI models, trademarks, and documentation — belong exclusively to LifeCopilot or its licensors. This license grants no ownership or intellectual property rights.

6. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or older as required by local law), capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under the applicable age, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for all access and use under your account, including by others.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
  • A “Month” equals 30 calendar days; a “Year” equals 365 days. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions auto-renew for the same term and price.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your App Store or payment account upon purchase and renewal.
  • Cancel subscriptions via your app store settings or billing section. Cancellations apply at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial-term use, except as required by law or store policy.
  • If pricing or billing terms change, you will receive notice at least 30 days in advance, with cancellation options being as easy as enrollment.
  • Premium access features and renewals are bound by Apple’s or Google Play’s billing policies.

8. Medical & Professional Disclaimer
The Service provides general informational content only and is not a medical device or the practice of medicine, psychology, or finance. AI insights should not be used for diagnosing, treating, or managing any condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or financial advice. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS‑IS” AND “AS‑AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT). LifeCopilot does not guarantee the Service will meet your expectations, be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your access and use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeCopilot’s total liability for any claim connected to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription payment (or one month’s subscription fee, whichever is greater). In no event shall LifeCopilot be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (e.g. data loss or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeCopilot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the Service;
  • data you submit, transmit, or input;
  • claims alleging infringement or violation of third-party rights.
  • This includes payment of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. (Ironclad)

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination or expiration, your license ends and you must stop accessing the Service. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Severability survive termination.

13. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in California or via binding arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless prohibited by law. Class actions, collective actions, and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, and any affiliate or third-party terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeCopilot with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements. 15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we may send you a notice by email or push notification. Your continued use of the Service following updates constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

16. Privacy & Data
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains information we collect and how we use it. Data is stored locally on your device, optionally synced to the cloud (with encryption), and anonymized for AI suggestions. You retain full control: you may export or delete your data anytime.
